摘要：

Engineering limitations in current computer systems architecture limit the operating speeds of electrical interconnects. A number of different solutions are currently being pursued, including MEMS. A solution based on the formation of thermal lenses in a resonant cavity is demonstrated. The device can steer up to a range of 30° from the normal at threshold to near normal incidence at higher currents.
