摘要
The current status of quadrupole ion trap mass spectrometry is reviewed, with particular emphasis on liquid chromatographic coupling, membrane inlet introduction, laser desorption/ionisation and selective chemical ionisation. The flexibility, high sensitivity and multi-stage tandem mass spectrometric capability of the quadrupole ion trap are all illustrated, (C)1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
