摘要
Well-ordered arrays of magnetic nanodots have been proposed as a new generation of ultra-high density recording media in the range 100 Gbits/in(2) to 1 Tbits/in(2), typically. To prepare such systems, we present an approach based on the deposition of magnetic nanoclusters preformed in the gas phase on functionalized surfaces. In this paper, we focus oil the synthesis and characterization of 2D-organized arrays Of Co(50)Pt(50) nanocluster assemblies on HOPG surfaces patterned by Focused Ion Beam technique (FIB). After annealing treatment, the mixed CON nanoparticles exhibit the L1(0)-type ordered structure which is well known for its characteristic high magnetic-anisotropy leading to a rather high blocking temperature required for applications.
