Susceptibility scaling behavior of quantum paraelectric SrTiO3:Ca

摘要
Static scaling analysis of the paraelectric;susceptibility chi' of SrTiO3:Ca as a function of temperature T and an external electric field E yields a very good scaling behavior with consistent values of the effective exponents gamma, delta, and Delta. Further exponents are also calculated. Using a quantum temperature scale, it is found that scaling behavior is also maintained in the extreme quantum regime. [S0163-1829(98)05538-6].
