Synthesis of LiVO3 thin films by spray pyrolysis technique

摘要
Lithium metavanadate thin films were successfully deposited on glass substrates by spray pyrolysis technique at substrate temperature of 250 degrees C. 0.2 M spraying solution was prepared by mixing appropriate volumes of LiCl and VCl3 solutions. Structural, vibrational and optical properties of deposited film are discussed. X-ray diffraction and micro-Raman spectroscopy have revealed that LiVO3 with monoclinic symmetry was obtained. Optical properties of thin film were studied from transmission measurement in the range UV-Visible. (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
