摘要
Multicompartment micelles with distinct hydrophobic microdomains having different properties have been realized via micellar polymers bearing hydrocarbon and fluorocarbon fragments. In aqueous solution, such polymers can self-organize into coexisting hydrocarbon and fluorocarbon microdomains that selectively solubilize different hydrophobes. The most efficient approach uses block copolymer polysoaps, but simpler designs may be possible. (C) 2003 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
