Percolational effect of siloxane content in poly(amideimide siloxane) on the gas permeation behavior

摘要
The gas permeation behavior in block copolymers having different permeabilities was studied using a percolational approach. The percolation model elucidated the permeability transition phenomenon in the copolymer. The percolative nature of the gas permeation through a siloxane-containing block copolymer was identified. The permeability of the polyamideimide siloxane membranes obeyed a simple power law above and near the percolation threshold.
