Determination of enzyme kinetics and chemometric evaluation of reaction products by FTIR spectroscopy on the example of β-fructofuranosidase

摘要
Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy in combination with a sequential injection analysis (SIA) manifold was used for the investigation of the kinetic properties of the quantitative analysis of the reaction mixtures. Different sucrose solutions were prepared automatically and with the quantitative results provided by the chemometric spectra evaluation, the Michaelis-Menten constant (K-m) was estimated to be 43 mmol/l.
