摘要
Cohesion between sister chromatids must be dissolved at the time of chromosome segregation. Recent studies reveal that the principles of cohesion dissolution in mitosis and meiosis are the same, but that there are important differences that stem from the distinct natures of these two processes. © 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd.
