摘要
Layered chips: The experimental proof of concept of the combination of resonant microelectromechanical systems with molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) has been shown for the first time. The use of micromembrane gravimetric sensors carrying piezoelectric thin films, the surfaces of which are coated with MIPs by using a cantilever-based deposition tool (see image), is reported. The multiplexed format of the chips shows the potential of the system for the specific, label-free, reliable detection of target molecules. (Figure Presented) © 2007 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
