A woman with renal failure and stiffness of the joints and skin - Nephrogenic systemic fibrosis, involving the skin, heart, lungs, diaphragm and psoas muscles, dura, and possibly the kidney. End-stage renal disease with nephrocalcinosis. Acute and organizing bronchopneumonia.
