摘要
To develop services effectively and efficiently, a computer-aided design system for service is essential. The authors have proposed a prototype system of Service CAD called 'Service Explorer'. Values of services are evaluated privately and subjectively by consumers. Thus various design methodology such as QFD (Quality Function Deployment) and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) have been introduced to evaluate the consumers' satisfaction. The new service CAD system is installed and verified. The surveyed example of a set of service is analyzed and the CAD system provides a set of new candidates of services.
