摘要：

The contribution of inelastic processes to exciton-electron scattering in quantum well (QW) structures with two-dimensional electron gas of low density has been studied. The additional exciton damping caused by exchange scattering have been found to be comparable with the exciton damping caused by direct exciton-electron scattering. (C) 1998 Academic Press.
