Study on the factors affecting the particles size of GaP nanocrystalline materials

摘要
Nanometer GaP was synthesized by reacting GaCl3-Et2O and GaCl3-benzene with Na3P, respectively, under high-temperature, high-pressure benzene-thermal conditions. The results indicated that the products prepared by reacting GaCl3-Et2O with Na3P has a smaller and nearly monodispersed crystal size, but the yield is poor, while the product of reaction between GaCl3-benzene and Na3P has much wider crystal size distribution and rather high yield. In addition, the process of the formation and growth of GaP nanocrystals was studied. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
