摘要
The techniques used for designing proteins were discussed. The large combinatorial libraries of encoded peptides or proteins were displayed as fusion to the phage capsid. It was shown that the phage display was an indispensable tool for protein engineering and effectively improves the binding properties of various proteins to ligands.
