摘要
The basic character and asymmetric catalytic reactions of fluorinated carbonyl and olefinic compounds were studied. The classification of synthetic methods for fluorine-containing compounds which include carbon-fluorine bond-forming reactions and carbon-carbon bond-forming reactions was also described. The enolate alkylation of carbonyl compounds was one of the most basic methodologies for carbon-carbon bond-forming reactions. The asymmetric F-C reaction of a vinyl ether with fluoral, catalyzed by (R)-BINOLate-Ti complex, derived from BINOL and TiCl2(OiPr)2 was discussed.
