摘要
Continuously tunable, single-frequency, optically pumped semiconductor-fiber lasers are demonstrated that embody a half-cavity, vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser within a fiber Fabry-Perot cavity. Continuous wavelength tuning over 40 nm at 1300-nm wavelength region is obtained under continuous-wave operation.
