摘要
(Chemical Equation Presented) Location, location, location: A new chemoselective method to site- and degree-specifically install lysine analogues into recombinant proteins provides facile access to near-homogeneously methylated and acetylated histone analogues (see scheme; R1, R 2, R3 = H, Me, acetyl), which can be used to study the impact of histone modification on chromatin structure and function. © 2008 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
