摘要
The role of electron physics in transition-metal oxides in revolutionizing the new crystal growth technologies is investigated. The researchers capability in controling the electronic and magnetic phases of correlated-electron materials forms the basis of novel electronics. In regard with it, tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) based characteristics of a manganite structure are also reported.
