Exemplary university teachers - Knowledge and beliefs regarding effective teaching dimensions and strategies

摘要
Four exemplary teachers were interviewed, videotaped in class, and rated by students on a list of effective classroom behaviors. Findings suggest that each teacher achieved excellence using a different set of effective teaching dimensions and strategies but also that they all share a small number of teaching dimensions and strategies.
