摘要
YBCO films of 3-5 mu m thickness were fabricated an YSZ substrate by spray atomization and deposition technique. The films that were sintered at 930-945 degrees C under flowing argon and then annealed in oxygen showed relatively high J(c) values of about 2-3 X 10(3) A cm(-2) (77 K, 0T).
