摘要
The surface morphology of C-60 films fabricated by vacuum deposition was modified by a spin-cast treatment process with various organic solvents and a nanorod-shaped surface was obtained in the case of spin-cast treatment with trans-1,2-dichloroethylene. The field emission properties of C-60 films, the surfaces of which were modified, were found to depend on their surface morphology.
