摘要
A study was performed on the analysis of single bacterial spores by micro-Raman spectroscopy. It was found that a small number of spores only exhibited scattering attributable to protein, possibly due to incomplete sporulation. The potential viability of using micro-Raman spectroscopy to characterize variability among individual spores within a sample was demonstrated.
