摘要
The synthesis and electrical properties of a water soluble and self-doped conducting polypyrrole graft copolymer (PSSA-g-PPY) were investigated. The UV-vis spectrum of PSSA-G-PPY showed bipolaron absorption at 473 nm and a free carrier tailing. The structural change was examined by measuring the intrinsic viscosity of PSSA-G-PPY solutions. The results show that the PSSA-g-PPY had extended chain conformation in water, when grafted PPY chains were self-doped with polymeric dopants (PSSA).
