摘要：

The hydroxyl group was directly converted into the trichloroacetylamino group by reacting beta-hydroxy alpha-diazo carbonyl compounds with Cl3CCN and NaH. Rh(II)-catalyzed reactions of the beta-amino alpha-diazo carbonyl compounds were discussed.
