摘要
Tissue-specific silencing elements have been identified that are required for imprinting of the individual genes in the Igf2-H19 domain of the mouse genome. These elements further elaborate the differences between the two parental chromosomes, and add a new feature toparent-of-origin-specific gene regulatory complexes.
