摘要
The thermoelectric properties of PbTe/Te superlattice structures grown by molecular beam epitaxy have been investigated. The in-plane Seebeck coefficient, Hall coefficient, and electrical resistivity have been measured at 300K. The data show that a significant enhancement of the in-plane Seebeck coefficient, thermoelectric power factor and figure of merit has been achieved.
