摘要：

In the presence of MS 4 angstrom in DMSO, trifluoromethylation of various aldehydes and ketones with trifluoromethyltrimethylsilane (TMSCF3) proceeded very smoothly to give the corresponding trifluoromethylated adduct in good to quantitative yields without a base catalyst.
