An interpenetrating coordination polymer containing weak hydrogen bonds and argentophilic interactions

摘要
The structure of the coordination polymer [Ni(en)(2)][Ag(CN)(2)](2)[Ag-2(CN)(2)] (1;en=ethylenediamine) contains 2D (6,3) sheets in which trans-Ni(en)(2){Ag(CN)(2)}(2) moieties bridge between zigzag Ag(CN) chains. The sheets are puckered, and show 3-fold 2D -> 2D parallel interpenetration. The structure also contains weak N-H (.) (.) (.) pi(CN) and argentophilic Ag (.) (.) (.) Ag interactions between the 2D sheets.
