摘要
Indole-3-butyric acid at 25 mu M with methyl jasmonate (MJ) at 100 mu M in Panax ginseng synergistically stimulated both root growth and ginsenoside accumulation compared with 100 mu M MJ alone. Productivity of ginsenoside was 10 mg(-1) d(-1) compared to 7.3 mg l(-1) d(-1) with MJ elicitation alone.
