摘要
The nucleoside analogues 2-O-dimethylaminoethoxy uridine and 5-dimethylaminopropargyl deoxyuridine have been synthesised and incorporated into oligonucteotides.. Their triplex-stabilising properties have been determined in fluorescence melting experiments.
