摘要
Phenotype MicroArray (PM) permits the characterisation of bacteria under nearly 2000 culture conditions. The PM standard procedure for the chemical sensitivity analysis of Gram-positive bacteria failed in the analysis of Streptococcus thermophilus. Therefore, we developed an efficient and reproducible protocol to obtain a chemically sensitive profile of S. thermophilus using PM. (C) 2011 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
