摘要：

The isothermal sections of the Nd-Zn-(Si,Ge) phase diagrams at 870 K over the whole concentration region have been constructed using X-ray phase analysis. The formation of the previously reported phase NdZn1.5Ge0.5 (AlB2 structure type) was confirmed, and eight new ternary compounds were observed. The crystal structures of the NdZnSi (AlB2 structure type) and NdZn0.5-xSi1.5+x (x=0.2, alpha-ThSi2 structure type) compounds were determined using X-ray powder diffraction data.
