摘要
NanoLEDs constructed from crossed silicon and cadmium sulphide nanowires emit light at 514 nm (see picture). These integrated light sources have been used for the imaging of single quantum dots both in solution and in cells. © 2005 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
