摘要：

An efficient solid-phase synthesis of amino-substituted thiazolidinones using an acid-labile carbamate linkage is reported. In this approach, excess unprotected symmetrical diamine is incorporated directly onto a carbonylimidazole activated Wang support followed by imine formation on the remaining free primary amine, cyclization and amide bond expansion.
