Synopsis The text obtained for this review from Professor Albert Kligman was drawn posthumously from a variety of notes that he had been planning to use to write a review on corneobiology and corneotherapy. It was a review that he had dearly hoped to complete - his final 'magnum opus' with reflections on the subject.Resume Cette revue du Professeur Albert Kligman, a eteecrite de facon posthume a partir d'un grand nombre de notes qu'il avait rassemblees dans le but d'ecrire une revue sur la corneobiologie et la corneotherapie. C'est un sujet qu'il avait ardemment souhaite completer, son 'chef d'oeuvre' final avec des reflexions sur ce sujet.
