Complex spectral OCT in human eye imaging in vivo

摘要
Complex spectral optical coherence tomography in comparison to spectral optical coherence tomography produces images free of parasitic terms with extended measurement range. This technique requires stability of the object during at least three consecutive measurements. In this paper we present how to improve this technique to make measurements less sensitive to involuntary eye movements. The first images of human skin and anterior chamber of the eye in vivo based on complex spectral optical coherence tomography are presented. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
