摘要
Textured strontium ferrite thin films has been grown at room temperature using a Nd:YAG laser. The spectroscopic study of the produced plasma revealed that the expansion velocities of the species are of the order of 10(6) cm/s, which could explain the obtained texture. The stoichiometric analysis shows a small oxygen reduction in the films due to the absence of a gas background during the growing process. The influence of the target quality on the droplet presence at the thin films has been investigated. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
