摘要
An efficient and highly stereoselective method for synthesizing optically active gamma-trityloxymethyl-alpha-alkylidene-gamma-butyrolactones having a stereodefined mono or disubstituted exocyclic double bond, starting from commercially available non-racemic glycidyl tritylether has been developed in which a titanium(II)-mediated intramolecular nucleophilic acyl substitution reaction is a key reaction.
