Brachial plexus dorsal rhizotomy interrupts pathologic afferents, leading to high resolution of spasticity and general upper limb functional improvement The authors present a cohort clinical study with 20 patients and discuss the indications, hand sensibility preservation, and motor control after dorsal rhizotomy.
