摘要
(Graph Presented) Global exploration of the energy landscape of lithium bromide led to the prediction of a new, metastable polymorph, β-LiBr (wurtzite structure type), which has now been synthesized (see E/V plot for comparison of polymorphs). Single-phase thick films of β-LiBr were obtained at -50°C and 2.3 × 10-4 mbar using the low-temperature-deposition technique. © 2008 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
