摘要
The role of MASCEM, a multiagent system, in simulating competitive electricity markets is discussed. MASCEM is a simulator system that provides a valuable framework for evaluating new rules and new participants in the numerous electricity markets that are moving towards liberalization and competition. The agents can establish their own objectives and decision rules. They adapt their strategies as the simulation progresses on the basis of previous effort's success or failure.
