Velocity of ultrasonic waves in ferrocomposites

摘要
The velocity of ultrasonic waves with a frequency of 3 MHz is experimentally studied in a wide range of volume concentrations (0.1-50%) of ferrite particles in the matrix. The mean size of particles is 6 mu m. The results of the study show that the concentration dependence of the velocity of ultrasonic wave propagation in ferrocomposites has three specific regions, in which the concentration coefficient of velocity changes from negative to positive passing through a minimum in the percolation region.
