摘要
A simpler technique for the synthesis of 2,2-bis(4-allyoxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane has been achieved from 4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphenol for obtaining 2,2-bis(3-allyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane. This monomer and its corresponding hybrid organic/ inorganic siloxane polymer are successfully used as a coating material for the detection of toxic chemical warfare agents. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V.
