摘要
Wurtzite-type ZnSe tubes with submicrometer diameters (see Figure scale bar 200 nm) have been grown. The tubes are structurally uniform and defect-free single crystals, and are partially or completely filled with Sn nanorods. While many of the as-grown tubes display needle-like structures, some have uniform diameters and wall thickness throughout the entire length.
