摘要
Application of femtosecond photoluminescence and nonlinear transmission techniques allows us to separate electron and hole relaxation paths in CdS nanocrystals (NCs) and to observe a strong difference in optical nonlinearities in NCs formed by direct- and indirect-gap phases of copper sulfide.
