摘要
The relationship of the synthesis conditions of the materials, modification of their imperfect structure as well as electrochemical performances are investigated systematically for the series of complex oxides LixCo1-yNiyO2-delta (x=1, 0<y<0.5). The results indicate that during the substitution of Co ion Ni2+ ion occupies the A site with finite probability. The empties A or B and O sites occur with different proportion when Ni2+ ions are dopped in ABO(2) type of LiCoO2. The Co ion have a super-high average valence state and the distance of Li(Ni)-O and O-O increase in the imperfect structure. Therefor, the conductivities of these series of complex oxides and the specific capacity of the batteries are increased.
