Optical absorption studies on AgGa0.25In0.75Se2 polycrystalline films

摘要
The optical absorption spectra of single phase polycrystalline silver alloy thin films, grown by flash evaporation, were analyzed. AgInSe2 and AgGaSe2 have proved to be stable and efficient absorber materials for polycrystalline thin film heterojunction solar cells. The composition of the films was measured by energy dispersive analysis of x-rays (EDAX).
