摘要:
We consider the problem of the characterization of beams by moments of the field intensity in the aperture and its moments in the far field. The well known beam propagation factor, M-P(2), is considered. We give convergence criteria for these factors and also discuss a new approach to optimization of the even moments of the far-field intensity.
