Synthesis and sintering properties of nanosized In2O3-10wt %SnO2 powders

摘要
In2O3 and SnO2 phases coexisted in the powders during synthesis at pH 4.5 and 5.5. However, when synthesized at pH 7.5 and 8.5, a single phase of InO was observed. When synthesized in low pH region, the large particle which was composed of In2O3 and the small particle which was composed of SnO2 were precipitated separately due to the nucleation rate of In2O3. The particles formed at pH 4.5 were composed of two phases, cubic and rhombohedral structure.
